Once you’re added to the program, you’ll be signed up automatically for payroll contributions, unless you choose to opt out.

Decide how much you’d like to contribute from your paycheck, after taxes are deducted.

Your account and funds stay with you through career changes without complicated rollovers.
It’s smart
Your contribution rate will automatically increase by one percent each year until it reaches 10% of your total pay (wages before taxes and other deductions), unless you choose otherwise.
